Intumescent Coatings / Commercial

Commercial Office Tower — Regina

Utilizing a combination of Cementitious SFRM and intumescent coatings to provide passive fire protection to the structural steel across 12 floors. Some areas of the project required a clean, paintable finish to maintain the architect’s design intent while meeting 2-hour fire-resistance ratings, while enclosed locations were able to achieve the required rating with cost-saving alternatives.
